Do you take insurance?
Yes. Please check the clinicians’ bio to see which plans are accepted.
You will be asked to provide your insurance information upon scheduling an appointment so that we can bill your insurance for you. SCS does not check benefits before your appointment. Please check with your insurance company to inquire about your financial portion; be sure to inquire if there is a deductible and if it has been met.
It is important to note that a diagnosis will be required to use your insurance and will become a permanent part of your health record.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Each clinician offers a self-pay rate that ranges from $130 to $150 per session.

Are you offering in person sessions with Covid-19?
Currently, SCS is offering phone and video sessions only. We will let you know when we will begin seeing our clients in the office again!
How do I get started?
Email the clinician you would like to see, or click Contact Us at the top and send us a message. You will be emailed a link to a portal to easily complete your intake paperwork online before your session. Once the paperwork is completed, your clinician will reach out via email to schedule your first appointment. You will receive an email link with instructions for your appointment 48 hours beforehand, as well as 10 minutes beforehand. Simply click the ‘join video’ and you’re good to go!
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the issue and the individual, but an average of 6-8 sessions is usually enough time to see if any progress is being made and to reassess goals. Sessions last 53-55 minutes long.
Are you offering in-person sessions with Covid-19?
Tomika and Ebonie continue to offer telehealth only.
Kristin is conducting office and telehealth sessions and requests that masks be worn during the session due to the new contagious variant.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?
You will receive a text/email confirmation 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
-Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $100.
-No call/no shows will be charged $120.
