You will be asked to provide your insurance information upon scheduling an appointment so that your benefits can be checked. Keep in mind that there is often a deductible associated with using your mental health benefits. A deductible is a certain amount of money that your insurance company requires that you pay out of pocket, in addition to your monthly premium, before your actual mental health benefit kicks in. Not all plans have this, but it is something to be aware of. A diagnosis will be required to use your insurance and will be come a permanent part of your health record.

Cancellation Policy
Spence Clinical Services requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. All clients receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before their appointment via text.
